Wedding Venues in North London
Sophie & Sam chose two stunning locations as their wedding venues in North London to serve as a backdrop for their magical day. Their day started off with Sophie getting ready at her parents’ house, whilst we were also able to get some really cool shots of Sam and the boys in the morning. After the church service at St Mary Magdalene’s Church, Enfield we headed to Forty Hall Manor House, the second of their wedding venues in North London where the celebrations continued. Although there were a few rain showers on the day, we can honestly say that not even the weather could put a damper on their beautiful day. Forty Hall is one of England’s finest historic houses set in its own Estate, with walled garden, lakes, lawns, and meadows – making this one of the greatest photography wedding venues in North London. We just loved the detail of this wedding and it was just great to see how everything came together perfectly. Sophie and Sam, thank you for choosing us to be a part of your lovely wedding day! From start to end, it embodied your love and dedication – not just to each other, but also to those around you. We wish you many years of happiness as you navigate life and create new adventures and memories together as husband and wife!
Greek Wedding Photographer
Greek Wedding Photographer = NEVER a dull moment! This particular wedding that we did for ZaraZoo was beyond fun and Meyer and I had one of the best days ever photographing the wedding of Chris and Angelique in Bloemfontein – South Africa. We know Stefan from ZaraZoo from when he use to live in London. He has been back in South Africa for a couple of years now and runs a very successful business in Cape Town. We were fortunate to shoot this wedding for them as they get loads of bookings during the busy summer season and Chris and Angelique’s wedding just so happened to be in the place where Meyer and I both grew up. The wedding reception took place at Kiepersolrant. As this is a fairly new venue, we decided to do the couple shoot and bridal party shots at a different venue down the road, Monte Bello Estate. Thank you to the amazing Liesl from Iiola who coordinated the wedding and organized this shoot with Michael from Monte Bello. Liesl, we absolutely LOVED working with you! Thank you also to the guys at Alexander Productions for making it enjoyable for us to work with you on the day. We hope you enjoy looking through these images as much as we enjoyed shooting them!

Leila is one of the most expressive little babies we’ve ever met, and although she was a bit shy on the day with her smiles and expressions, she was a real little pro for her session with us! We love their little family and absolutely enjoyed doing this shoot with them. PK & Marleen, Leila is so lucky to have you as her parents.
So a family of 2 have already become 3 and we’ll be sharing some images of baby Leila’s newborn shoot very soon, but we loved PK & Marleen’s maternity shoot in Cambridge so much, we just had to share!
The countdown has begun…literally only days now until Inge & Desmond meet their precious baby boy! We had so much fun doing this shoot and we’re so pleased with the results. These are a few of our favourite shots that we’d like to share. Inge & Des, we love you guys and know you are going to be the best parents ever!
I had the privilege to photograph one of the most iconic leaders on two different occasions. These are some of my favourite Madiba images. The first set was taken at Grey College, Bloemfontein – South Africa, this was still back in the film days!! Nikon F5, 80-200mm f2.8 lens and Fuji Colour Film. The first image was scanned in and converted to black & white in Photoshop.
Almost ten years later and what a great privilege it was to assist South African photographer, Alet van Huyssteen, with a shoot at the Dorchester Hotel. Two of the greatest world leaders had lunch together in the build up towards the 46664 concert in London and Alet did the job for former President Bill Clinton. Alet does work for the Nelson Mandela Foundation on a regular basis and is also a very good friend of ours. Thanks Alet!!
We’d like to share with you something a little different…Jo & Khaled’s wedding reception at Belchamp Hall a stunning venue tucked away in the North Essex countryside. Belchamp Hall is just over an hour’s drive from where we are based and on our way there, we found ourselves driving through some of the most amazing villages and beautiful country roads – always a great kick-start to build expectations of an event and what a great event it was! Jo & Khaled had a marquee set up with a Moroccan theme for their wedding reception and with some really great food and entertainment for the night, we could tell their guests had an amazing time. Thank you guys for letting us share this event with you. Wishing you all the best for your future together!
Other suppliers on the day:
Marquee – County Marquees
Interior Décor of Marquee – Harem Nights
Caterers – Bouquet Garni
Band – Beat Connection
We are very lucky to do something we love so much and Meyer and I couldn’t have asked for a more exciting wedding than this one! As mentioned in a previous post, Liezl and I have been friends since primary school and when she asked us to photograph their wedding at the Woodlands Function Venue in Bloemfontein, South Africa, the answer was of course yes! Liezl got ready at the most gorgeous guest house, Slot Loevenstein, and apart from this being the perfect backdrop for photos, Liezl looked absolutely stunning! The day itself was filled with beautiful moments and hopefully when they look back at their wedding in a few years’ time, they’ll be reminded of all the wonderful memories of this special day. Guys, it has been a pleasure in every sense of the word. We love you and know you have an amazing future ahead of you as husband and wife. Thank you for letting us share in this precious day – we hope you like these few tasters.
Corporate Photographers London
We recently did a corporate shoot for the senior pastors in our church as they always need new images to use for upcoming events and the website. You can see more of our corporate work here – (Corporate Photographers London). Although we used our studio setup for a few shots, we also wanted to do something a bit different by using some of the amazing street scenes in London to create a less traditional feel. This is probably one of the reasons why we love London so much – within a very short distance you’ll find the most diverse and creative backdrops to shoot against. We had so much fun doing this and will be forever grateful to be a part of such an amazing church like this one (click here to find out more). It has changed our lives so much and it is great to have this awesome support of friends who eventually become just as close as family! We love our church. Hope you guys enjoy looking through the images.

We did the photography for Emma & Dean’s registry wedding and reception at Orsett Hall. This hotel is situated in the beautiful Essex countryside and is set in twelve acres of landscaped gardens – the perfect location for a wedding! Emma and Meyer use to teach together at the same school a few years ago before we went full time with the business and it was great to share this special day with her and Dean. Guys, we can just see how happy you make each other and we know you are going to have an amazing future together! Hope you like these few taster shots…the rest is soon to follow.
